Eat less, live more

Do you want a long and healthy life?
Yes...?
Of course everyone want a long and healthy life.
We know that good food is good for health.
But it is not sufficient. According to new research if we eat less then we will live longer and a healthy & happy life.
Studies stated that persons which consumed more food in daily routine they moved more faster toward aging process compare to those which consumed less food.
So eat light & less and live long & happy.
