Stress is helpful

Stress is state we face every time when can't achieve our goal in time or when we are unable to work properly.
At an extent stress is good for us because it stimulates us to work hard and to achieve the goal.
When we compare over self with other successful person then we feel some extent of stress that actually motivates us to worker harder.
So much stress can harm our thinking process and directly affect our productivity.
So stress is helpful at limit.
So always keep moving and don't stop to prevent stress on your life.
